At Esthetics by Katie Lynn, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To provide the best service to all clients, we require the following policy: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of service total. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled and may still be subject to a cancellation fee. All fees must be paid before booking future appointments. We understand that life happens! Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact our small business and availability for other clients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
